My name is Elizabeth Holli and I am a freelance writer from Tampa, Florida. I love to cook delicious vegan food, play with paper and fabric, run lots of miles, and practice yoga and pilates. I have a nearly-three year old dachshund/schnauzer puppy girl named Dahli who is absurd-looking but I love her for it.
Creative Dish is mostly about food, with a few arts and crafts projects thrown in. I have a project I’m working on called the Scrapbook Diary which basically entails collecting photos and artifacts from my everyday life and documenting them like a diary.
